"Mother, Today is Dussehra festival won't there be a fete, mela, won't there be there killing of Ravana and burning the effigy of Ravana?"

"Son, these are testing Times.Last year too, we spent the time indoors till last Holi festival. If the same situation continues there wo'nt be Ram Leela, no celebrations of Diwali festival."

"What do you say mom, no RamLeela, no Diwali, no sweets, no crackers and no lights, what the hell, what is this, mom!"

"Son, I understand in our childhood, we too, awaited anxiously the burning of the effigy of Ravana, playing crackers, enjoying deliques,  sweets, wearing brand new clothes, visiting friends and lot of fun. My father caried me on his cycle to show the burning of Ravana. There was a huge crowd who came to witness it.

There is used to be a fete in the vast strech of the ground. My father would take me to each stall; eatables, toys and what not! I liked the paper fan and our way back home I used to fix it on the handle of father's bicycle and it would run like fan. It's moving meant the merriment of the entire world."

"Mom, lost in your sweet memories, again!Mom tell me if there there won't be a fete those shopkeepers, won't they be sad?"

"I know, but son, this pendemic has ruined everything.Your father is missing his guitar recital in Durga Puja, your grandfather had been waiting to see his old friends and myself I terribly miss Sindoor khela with my friends but what to do?We are trying to help these poor people in some other way so that they can enjoy the festival. They shall not be deprived of the Joys of festival."

"Come here child, look your sister has a surprise for you!"

"Wow, sis. When did you prepare these effigies of meghnad, kumbhkarna and Ravana?amazing, I love you sis .”

Come chachu and dad be Lord Ram and Laxman and release your arrows and kill them, ha, ha, ha."

"Sure children but you people move little back and be safe from the crackers, maintain distance."

Maintain social distance from the effigies, tooha, ha, ha."
