Fate Brought Them Together

Chapter-1

Do you all know what fate is. 

Fate is a power which is beyond human control which is believed to determine what happens.

I didn't believe all this until that one day he and I met again after 10 years at same street we met first on the same day and with same amount of emotions. Sad. We were sad when we first met 10 years ago. This time also we were sad. But the reason was different than before. 

10 years ago

23rd September 2009

I was walking down the street with tears in my eyes. I was of 12 then and the reason I was crying was because I get into a fight with my best friend. I didn't realize that I dropped someone. Before I got to know he went ahead he didn't even got angry because I dropped therefore I decided to go after him and I caught him soon 

Me: Hey! Sorry I dropped you before. 

Unknown guy: Its okay. And its not your fault. I was not looking ahead when you dropped me. 

I don't know what to do now so we stand there for 2 minutes in silence and I decided to break the silence. 

Me: Hi! I am Arya. Arya Thakur. 

Saurav: Hello Arya. I am Saurav Vankar. 

Me: So?

Saurav: So what? 

Me: Why are sad? Is something bad happened? 

Saurav: Actually I had very bad day at school and got dismissed for 2 days and I can't tell my parents about it. If they'll know they will never allow me to play cricket again. 

Me: So this happens every now and then? 

Saurav: Umm... Yes.

Me: Its okay. I have an idea. Just don't tell your parents that you got expelled.

Saurav: But where will I go next two days. 

Me: You meet me here next two days then we will spend some time together. What you say? 

Saurav: Don't you have school to go?

Me: No I have holidays for next 2 days. So what you say will you come or not? 

Saurav: Yes I will. 

Me: Okay great then. We will meet tomorrow here at 8 in the morning and then we will go around. 

Saurav: Yeah it's great. So I'll see you tomorrow. Bye

Me: Bye. 

After saying goodbye I started to walk again. Suddenly I heard that voice again. 

Saurav: Arya wait. 

Me: Yes? 

Saurav: You didn't told me why were you sad? 

I smiled slowly as I realized that how did he came to know that I was said. After taking a moment I said firmly. 

Me: I got into a fight with my bestfriend. 

Saurav: Ohh okay. Bye. Take care. 

Me: Yeah bye. You also take care. 

Then I started walking towards my home. All my anger flew away. Then I suddenly remembered that I didn't took his phone number or email. Then I went to bed thinking about him. 

Next day I reached that street at time. He was standing there only. We spent that day together. We went to beach first then we saw a very comedy movie then we went to mall to have our lunch. After a well spent day its was already the time we have to say bye. While saying bye to him he kissed me on my cheeks. 

Next day I waited for him and he showed up after 20 mins then we did the same we did last time and this time before going he said, 

Saurav: Arya thank you so much. If you were not here I would never be able to play cricket again and thank you so much for spending time with me. I had one of the best times with you. I just wanted to ask you that will you become my girlfriend. I love you. 

I chocked for a moment. I have never felt happy before this day. I hugged him tightly and said,

Me: YES! YES! a hundred times yes. 

Then he kissed me on my cheeks. Before leaving I asked him;

Me: Will you meet me here tomorrow in the evening at 4?

Saurav: Yes sure. 

Then we moved to our houses. 

Next day I waited for him for 5 hours but he didn't showed up. I called him tons of times but he didn't picked, I left thousand text but he didn't replied. I went to his school there I came to know that he has moved away from here but they didn't told me reasons and not also their contact numbers. 

I waited for him every day at 4 in evening. By waiting for him 10 years passed.
