Dr. Nitya -VII

IN CONTINUATION WITH MY STORY DR. NITYA - VII DATED. 01/10/2021.

Nitya was feeling quite relaxed and fresh after coming home. She started getting calls from her friends who were in her contact and were staying in Trivandrum, Chennai.

Nitya's sister was going to come with her little daughter Radhya on coming Saturday as Nitya's mother had invited boys and their parents who were interested in meeting Dr. Nitya.

Dr. Nitya was in touch with Dr. Chaitanya on WhatsApp and on phone regularly. They normally used to chat in late evening and night as Dr. Chaitanya got more busy in work in absence of Dr. Nitya because he had to look after her job too.

Both Dr. Nitya and Dr. Chaitanya realised that it is more easy to communicate on phone and chat than talking face to face where you can't hide your expressions and emotions. 

Nitya and her parents were having dinner so Nitya' s mother suggested Nitya to invite her friends Lalitha and Yamini for dinner tomorrow because she had to meet them. Nitya told her mother that it is a good idea. We will meet, talk, eat together and it will be fun. 

Without any delay Nitya called her friends for fixing tomorrow's dinner at her place, both Lalitha and Yamini agreed to that. 

After that Nitya felt like talking to Dr. Chaitanya, so she was going to her room and she heard her mother talking very softly with someone on phone, they were laughing and then she said don't worry, till now everything is going on well. And she said good night and disconnected the call. 

Nitya felt that there is something fishy but then she asked her mother, "whom were you talking to Amma? I have never heard you talking and laughing like this before." So she said it was my very old time friend. Recently only we came in contact. Somehow Nitya got convinced. 

Nitya was going to make a call and before that she got WhatsApp message from Chaitanya.....

Hey Nits, you had dinner? 

                N - Yes just now n u 

C - Ya, I got delayed today so have ordered it from restaurant. I am missing u Nitya

                N -  Ohh why so?

C - If you were here, I could have got home made food.

               N - Only for that?

C - I miss you for many reasons u know

               N - Ohk, tomorrow my friends are coming for dinner 

C - That's good. Enjoy. What else?

               N - My Sis and little Radhya coming on Saturday 

C - That's good. Send me pics of Radhya

              N - Yes, sure. Amma has planned some meeting with boys and their parents. So embarrassing.

C - Why? meet them, talk to them. 

            N - But when I have only u in my mind.

C - Ohh, then tell your Amma if she ask

            N - I wonder she has not asked me and invited them

C - Take it easy. Ask for time to give reply to them 

            N - Yes will do that.

C - I think a delivery boy at door 

            N - Ok finish your dinner

I am tired now, will go to sleep. Will call you tomorrow morning. Gd night.

C - Sure. Good night.

They both realised that they recently have started chatting on WhatsApp like teenagers, but that's ok. 

Nitya got up early in the morning as she had sound sleep yesterday night so she was feeling quite fresh. She went to backyard garden and was happy to see orange, yellow, pink roses and other flowers. 

She went to the kitchen to get water and some grains for birds. Her mother was making coffee, she was surprised to see Nitya getting up so early today and asked her, 'So early today? So Nitya says, 'Yes Amma, I had nice sleep yesterday and now I am feeling fresh. All fatigue of duties and travel is gone, so I thought I should get up and help you today in work.'

'That's really good beta, I was going to tell you that you must learn to make our traditional food at least. I never told you before because of your studies and duties. You may be a doctor but one day you will get married and go to your in - laws house so you must know cooking', Nitya's mom said it with lots of love. 

Yes sure Amma, let's start from today as such my friends are coming for dinner. Menu they had already decided yesterday and in that Nitya's mother smartly and deliberately added two dishes which are also part of Andhra cuisine. 

Nitya decide to get one more desert from sweet shop, so she ask her mom as to which sweet to get, while sipping coffee. They decide on Mysore Pak and some pastries and cup cakes for Radhya and Yamini's daughter who were also going to come with her. 

Nitya and her father get ready for going to station to pick up her sister and her daughter and while coming back they were going to get sweets, some fresh flowers and some veggies and coriander that her mom told her.

After an hour an half they all return home. The house was filled with joy and laughter and Radhya's non stop talking and running from here to there.

They all finish with lunch and decide to take rest for few hours as Radhya and her mother Aditi needed rest after travel. In the afternoon they'll have some coffee and snacks that Aditi had got from Chennai. 

After that Nitya, Aditi and her mother go to kitchen to make preparations for dinner. Lalitha was going to come directly from her clinic as she was gynaecologist. She and her husband, also a physician, had clinic which was just 15 minutes distance from Nitya's house. And Yamini, who was a banker, so after office she was going to go home to pick her daughter and come.

That evening dinner and desert time was so joyful and memorable for Nitya especially because she met her friends after two years. Also, her sister Aditi and Radhya and her parents were there so she was very happy. 

Lalitha and Yamini were teasing Nitya by saying that now it's your turn to get married now. We are all waiting to see your lucky prince. Nitya didn't know how to react but yes from inside she was also feeling happy. When they all were talking about their husband, family, in - laws, Nitya started missing Dr. Chaitanya, but she didn't wanted to disclose it now or show her joy but it was embarrassing for her.

Nitya's mother told her friends that tomorrow and the next day evening she has invited boys and their parents. One boy is doctor/ surgeon and another one is highly educated and having his own firm. After all, it will be Nitya's decision as to whom she wants to marry we are just doing our duty.

Yamini, her daughter and Lalitha take their leave after dinner and joyful time that they spent in the evening. They decide to meet again. Radhya and Yamini's daughter Lipsa also had joyful time, both enjoyed the company.

Next day evening Nitya wore Kanjivaram sari and matching blouse and got ready in typical Tamil style. Aditi helped her getting ready and helping her wear beautiful small flower garland on hair. She was looking gorgeous in Kanjivaram sari.

A doctor boy and his parents arrive at the given time. All sit together and talk in living room. Doctor was good looking and decent. Since they came through Nitya's relative so didn't have to ask any formal questions. But during the talk doctor said that his own clinic is getting ready and his desire is that his future spouse who will be a doctor also should join him there may be not immediately but in future.

Nitya served them snacks and coffee. All have general talk and also specific talk on there expectations.

Next day evening one more such family comes to see Nitya. They too were decent people. Since he had his own business, firm so he used to travel abroad frequently. He didn't mind Nitya being in army doctor job and he was ready to make adjustments as he really liked Nitya very much. 

They tell Nitya to take her own time in deciding. She felt so relieved. Now she had only five - six days left to stay in Trivandrum so she wanted to enjoy with family. Wanted to go on picnic/outing or for dinner in restaurant, wanted to meet few relatives. Wanted to spend time with her beloved niece Radhya.

So Nitya enjoy her time and at the same time got ready for her travel back to Delhi, this time she was going to go by flight so that she has some extra time to spend here in Trivandrum. She was in touch with Dr. Chaitanya and she was enjoying conversing on Whatsapp and call, Dr. Chaitanya was her support always. 

Finally, it was time to travel back for Nitya. Her parents, sister Aditi and niece Radhya come to Airport to see her off. Dr. Chaitanya was going to come to receive Dr. Nitya at Delhi airport. 

WHAT WILL BE NITYA'S DECISION AND DR. CHAITANYA'S VISIT TO HIS FAMILY AT HOMETOWN AND HIS DECISION. IS THE WEDDING IN THE OFFING FOR NITYA AND CHAITANYA?? ALL WILL BE A PART OF NEXT PART OF STORY.
