Don't self avoid yourself

I was asked to remove some stuffs from my resume. Then, the same recruiter asked my friend to add some stuff in his resume. 

He said that I'm not confident then, he said to my friend that he will find himself jobless after a couple of years.

He didn't ask me to introduce myself and crumbled the way one has to take interview and thus, I found myself speechless. I had a lot to say about but I failed to speak anything because the way he took over that damn so called interview was weird and senseless.

It was just a mock session and I think whoever took that responsibility to handle PI should not play with the emotions and confidence of the candidates rather they should do it in proper way at first and then, speak politely. Just that you are at a good position doesn't mean you are running this universe.

I would like to suggest everyone out there who will be facing interviews in coming days, trust me there is a certain flow of interview that recruiters do follow so, be prepared for that flow only. Don't let your confidence go down you're limitless, they're no one to set your limits.

Let's make them feel what they've lost!!
