Convincing!!!!

Convincing!!! Okay it's just a word, don't you ever implement the meaning of this word in your mind. If you are not good in convincing people then its okay , totally fine. I am facing this in working life, people judging my work on that basis rather they can put me other work in which this skill is not required.

But why...if company is not suppose to marketing and convincing people type then why group of people manipulating and letting other down?

Stay positive in this situation and tackle this with peace of mind, it will reach you to decision.Losing hope will make you hate ourselves, leave that path because there is world waiting without convincing skills just move out and retrieve your own skills.
