Calcutta!
Calcutta!
I was going through my gallery,
One on the mobile phone of course,
When I found old pictures of lanes and shops
None were to ask about.
Cause pubs and malls are just a crossroad away,
Where people like to drink and shop, alone or with friends,
Leaving the dogs outside, supposing they are astray,
Nobody could put a spot on the beauty of a well-constructed building,
All facilities and brands, the mall had been open since May.
But what about the old woman who lived just a crossroad away?
To think of it Calcutta is surely Kolkata now,
But people breathe and live the same as back in the day!
