Breathtaking Gift

Manju's son wanna taste the hotel food. He begged his parents to take him to the hotel.

The car stopped at the hotel. Manju was thinking of her past. They ordered the food. Manju's hands were busy in eating, but her memories calls her to recall the past. 

Abijith was great singer. Manju likes the song, "Thodu Vanam, Thodukindra Neram...", (If I touch the horizon, it fades) this song was the famous song from the film Anegan. One of the teacher asked the students to sing the song. Abi sang this song. Manju was impressed by it. Whole class appreciated Abi for his sweet voice. Abijith was asked to sing another song. He sang "Amma, amma nee enga amma. Unna vittaa ennakkaaru Amma..." (Mother, you are my mom. Without you, I have no other Mom) song from Velai Illa Pattadhaari. 

Manju was touched by the second song, because she too loved her aunt. She regarded Aunt as her mother. Manju was the poor girl. She loved simplicity. Manju completed her dinner. The family reached the house. They slept. Manju could not sleep. She wake up from the sleep and entered into the hall.

In 2016, Abi proposed to Manju. Manju didn't accept his love. Through continuous struggle, finally they began to love. They reached the final semester. All the students were happy to go for the tour. Manju and Abi were also the part of the tour. Abi saved some of his money. He brought the essential things for Manju. At the final day of the tour, he hand overed his precious gift to her. Manju thanked Abi.

When Manju reached the house, she gave all the gifts presented by Abi to her relatives. Abi was waiting to see her. He enquired her about the gifts. He was shocked to knew her words. Abi wasn't angry with her. He already knew about her. Abi was proud of her, because if she saw someone in need of something, she could provide them with it. Even though something is necessary for her, she could hand over it to others, if they need it.

Manju and Abi completed their under graduate course in 2018. Both chose M.B.A in different colleges. Abi was selected in the campus interview. He appointed as assistant manager in the bank. Manju too got good job. All the college mates guessed they could never join their hands. But they still loved each other.

Back to the present.

Manju's husband too woke from the sleep. He could not sleep because she was is absent. He woke up and found her in the hall, looking at something. He went near to her and saw the wedding album in her hand. Both recalled their wedding day. Abi and Manju laughed together.

Tears flowed from Manju's eyes. She was proud to have Abi in his life. To Manju, Abi was the breathtaking Gift from the heaven. Manju thanked God for giving her wonderful chance to meet Abi.

Love can't be predicted through money or wealth. Love is the gorgeous bond between the two hearts. Love is patient to the other.
