For Shravan, a 50-year-old from UP who has been working in Mumbai for the last 25 years, life had come to a standstill. He works at a Barber Shop in Mumbai and most of the customers call him Chacha (Uncle). However, for the last two months, he has been sitting at home doing nothing as the country has gone into a lockdown due to the Corona Virus. He stays with his family in a rented Chawl (room). He somehow managed to survive the last two months but now he is looking at a bleak future. His owner called him yesterday and said that he is selling the shop as people won't come for a haircut for at least 6 months due to the fear of the virus. Shravan is now jobless. He doesn't know anything else but to cut hair. His family of 5 has now decided to go back to UP and stay with Shravan's brother. As he packs his bags he comes across an old black and white photo of himself at the Gateway of India. He becomes nostalgic and scratches his black and white hair thinking when will his life finally become colorful. His wife watches him from a distance and holds back a tear.
