Focus on the good, move forward in life, forgot about the past, make new memories, make new friends, communicate with family members, make some moves. Get drunk, get high, take all those decisions that make you feel empowered and make you feel in your own skin. Stop self pitying and be rebellious, you can be sometimes selfish no harm in this.
