After reading about this contest, I was bit muddled about which story to publish that could actually inspire readers.

We as humans are born to commit mistakes and learn from them. So from our experiences, later or sooner we grow into an inspirational book someway.

So after thinking and rejecting a few incidents, I decided to write on the most void scenario of my life. Hoping if not be inspirational to someone, but could be felt by many around.

I am an average person, born in the middle-class family, learned things at an average pace, and throughout my school, I was an average performer. Not many medals to display. Even certificates are few in the count.

At times worked really unbreakable to beat the competition, still could not be in toppers list.

When it approaches any talent show, I was excluded being average in performance.

It was the time I decided to stop in being the race to be more than what I was. Rather enjoy being what I am. So what if I am just an average.

If we take 100 counts of people around, 10 are the toppers, they sipped some special formula milk in childhood and so they are diverse. I do not stand in their forum at all. There are 10 who are not even in the race. They have almost given up. So I am nowhere with them even.

But I am in middle. but what makes me good is that I have a count of 80 more with me.

Who is like me. I call this group as Averagers.

A term coined by me.

We are in no race to win anything, as we already have much to gloss within us.

We don't need incessant pressure to hit the target, or crack a deal, or be the employee of the month. We are not the salesperson to have maximum sales record. Nor are we the ice breakers.

But we are happiest ones. In today’s world finding happiness is far difficult than finding water on Mars. We are the ones to make a balance in life, which others can’t meet.

We are not very hyper person. But we know when to react. We may not be a good orator to address people, but we know how to speak and stand for ourselves.

We are doing just fine with us; we all have fewer health issues. We will never commit suicide, as we are not losers. Nor will we have heart attacks. Because we are in no race to win.

We may not get the best job offers from top companies but still, there are many made for us.

Even I got one, and believe me I am performing average in it, I mean good.

So as per me, we are the smartest, balanced, self-loving and healthy and sensible subspecies of human species.

So let’s be honored of our average report cards, average corporate performance, average emotions and average ranking in any field. And we even expect an average from the world. So we are the contented ones.

Not everyone is a topper, so let’s not live in guilt of what we could not be; rather cherish what beautiful subsists within us.

And once we die, we would be addressed as "RIP#Averager" if by chance my term got famous.

Cheers for Being An Averager!
