Adventures in Sandland PART-1

Shinku! Shinku! Can you clean the storeroom, if you're done with your room? Mom said. "Yes! Mom!!" I said as I moved towards the storeroom. Oh! Hey! I forgot to introduce myself! My name is Shinku! I am 13 years old. I am my mom's only son. My father passed away when I was 11. Today me and my mom are shifting in a new house. Well, I should get to work or else mom will scold me. I took the cloth and stated cleaning. There was nothing much in our storeroom, just our extra luggage and some things left by the people who owned this house before us. I finished the cleaning and saw something lying in the corner of the room, probably it belonged to the people who lived her before us.

I was fascinated to check the boxes because the boy who lived here was a gamer. I love playing video games. I checked the boxes and found some discharged cells, broken wires etc. While I was searching, I found something that really caught my eye. It says "Sandland." The cover was really good. I took the game and went to my room. I opened my laptop and installed the program on my device. I opened the game when something shimmered. It was a really bright light. I felt something pushing me. I tried to open my eyes, when I saw the area around me was pink, but the light was to sharp.

Everything went black after that. My eyes fluttered, I felt a light on me. I used my hand to prevent it and got up. I blinked my eyes a several times. I found myself on a beach. There was nothing but the bright sea. I got up from my spot and walked ahead, wondering how I got here. I heard someone calling me. "Hey you! Who are you? How did you land up here!" I turned around to see an old woman looking at me. I was scared, she looks so scary! "I am asking something!" She raised her voice I flinched lightly. "I..I came here b..by a my.. mysterious game" I replied. She came near me and held my shoulders. I looked at her with my scared eyes. There was a small smile on her face. " Dear, don't fear me! We all waited for you whole this time! Head towards the city immediately!" She said. I was confused. She went towards her cottage. I was trying to analyse what she just said. I heard some 'sssss' noises behind me. I turned around to see SNAKESSS!!!
