A Sad Dance
A Sad Dance
Gently, I remove my father’s arm. Slipping slightly out of the bed I analyze the room to see each man drunk asleep. Sailor, Macho, and Cowboy all passed out. What a sight. The sailor was sat right up with his head fallen back like a grandpa, and his arms crossed like a guard. Macho was sprawled out like a teen in a college party scene. And Cowboy, he was the only normal sleeper.
