An artistic lad was feeling forlorn, he had friends though, but they were hiding in the dark, gusty, timeless weather. His best friend, Sun was away, who always enlightened his day and was the vision to his eyes until his other friends, moon and stars came to embellish his dreams.

Meet this juvenile Noah, very ingenious and imaginative, living in his own visionary world, where rainy days were remarked as the days when ghosts become more powerful, much more than angels. He had a pleasant face, a laughing mouth and carefree eyes. His brown body was as thin as a rail. He always wore steel-rimmed spectacles and was hopelessly diseased. Five years before a fall from the window had injured his spine and legs, and since then he was bedridden.

He always loved to see outside his room's window, as in front of it there was a huge, beautiful garden with a large number of chrysanthemum in full bloom. Behind these were a lot of trees, all aquiver with the new spring life, which obviously housed a vast section of local birds.

But today it was bad weather, the sky was tar-black and seemed to pour down stinking pitch, and the large black cloud looked like a foul bombard that would shed his liquor. As usual, he was sitting next to the window and looking out, the breeze whispered as if it was a beautiful story we long to hear.

"Oh so here you are!", a deep, guttural and one toned voice came from behind. Noah turned back and saw an old lady wearing a long, murky purple coolie robe and a swiss cap with a little blue feather sticking out from it. Her head was hung down and was carrying a little lantern.

"Look at me", Noah said fiercely.

No sooner did she lift her face up than Noah screamed loud, his hands started trembling. Whirlwind emotions started passing through him as he never saw a burnt face before. The situation went more horrible when a strong wind blew the lantern out and he found himself in a new world.

A world opposite to Earth. People dew-lapp'd like bulls, living in a cemetery. He could see the whole area surrounded by darkness and pine trees. Towards his left, he saw a big cauldron that seemed to be spilling out blood. Right in front of that cauldron, there was a cobbled path. And his bed was in the middle of that ambience.

Suddenly, he heard a guttural, tip-tap of bast slippers beating the narrow cobbled path. Noah turned toward that path but found no one. He started trembling in fear. He could clearly listen to the sad eerie sounds made by pine trees.

Now he felt a phantom hand on his shoulder and the puff of breath on his earlobe. He turned back and this time he saw a spree killer. She was wearing a long dusty gaberdine, covered with blood, on her left hand there was a dagger, her whole body was stinking, her teeth were black and yellow. She gave a devilish smile and sang:        "Oh my little boy, I can break you like a toy;   Full five fathom thy body would lie"

She came closer to him and put her woolly mitt on his pale blue face. Noah was scared to death, he tried his level best to stand up but sadly because of broken legs and spine he can't. He said, "Please, please... Pppp...lea...ave ...me".and fainted. And that's where the story should end. But for Noah, it didn't. When he opened his eyes he saw himself surrounded by many devils, who had their heads in their chests and had wallets of flesh hanging at their throats.

Now he brought both hands out in a distance and kept whispering, "O heaven! O earth! accord me imperium." Surprisingly, he was able to stand up on his legs, his clothes started turning off, his muscles seemed to grow and now our little hero was a dynamic person. He looked like a harpy. There was a feverish triumph in his eyes.

He was about to hit the spree killer and his companions, a gale came and spread dust and leaves all around, Noah's eyes turned down automatically. A few seconds later, when he opened his fringed curtains he saw himself at the very same window. The black clouds were subsided, the sky was clear, the sun could be seen and the drops of rain on the window were glittering in the sunlight. The wind blew through the leaves and gave him a feeling of companionship. He was back in the real world and scrutinized that it was just a blink of an eye.
