5th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY

There are so many couples in the world who are living together just because of society and family pressure. There are so many non-conventional couples which we can't count.

Here I am presenting a story about a non -conventional couple. .......

It was a normal day and Priya was preparing breakfast for her and her husband. Then she went to wake up her husband and said "HAPPY 5th WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. Rahul who was Priya's husband he woke up and hugged her and said "SAME TO YOU". Then Priya said she has invited people in her house for the Anniversary party. Then they both got ready for the party and in the evening guests started coming one by one. Everyone was wishing them. Rahul was the principal of a government college and Priya was Housewife. So all of his college teachers were in that party and Priya's friends were also there.

After sometime they cut cake and they all enjoyed party. One of Rahul's College Teacher asked that you are so cute couple and you both look so good with each other. Rahul and Priya started blushing and smiled. Then the same teacher asked them "are you love marriage couple " then Priya said no we are "ARRANGED MARRIAGE COUPLE". Everyone was shocked and said they are lying because arrange marriage couple can't be like that. Then they all requested them to tell their story of five years. Then Rahul and Priya went in their flashback...,.......

" When Rahul was 25 years old, he was so handsome, tall, and attractive. But he didn't had good job. Priya was at same age and she was not as attractive according to Rahul. she was short, dark complexion, and fat, but she had a good job at a company. Rahul's parents visited to Priya's house to meet her parents and they both fixed wedding of them. Rahul and Priya both were unaware of it and when they got to know about it they both argued with their parents. But they were not able to do anything because they obey their parents. On their wedding day they both saw each other for first time. Rahul didn't liked Priya as she was not so attractive and Priya also hated Rahul because he was jobless and was still eating on his parents money. After some days of their wedding they started arguing so much and Rahul said that "I wanted to marry a tall, fair, beautiful and attractive but you are not even one percent of my demands ". Priya also replied him " I always wanted to marry a rich and good nature husband but you are not even zero percent of my demands " 

It was a very bitter truth that they both were living just for compromise not by their choice. They didn't have any feelings for each other. They both were in that relationship because of their parents. Priya used to do household works and then she goes to her work, then after coming back to home, she again used to do remaining household works.

Rahul was spending most of his time with his friends and just do time-pass, One day when Priya advised him to search for a job, he shouted on her and said "you should mind your own business". Priya replied that "I was just saying because I care for you " then he replied " I don't need your care, I can take care of myself" Priya got very angry and said "I will go back to my family " then Rahul said that "you can go I don't need you ". Priya returned to her parents house but she didn't told her parents why she was there. She lied that she just came to meet them. On other side, Rahul was so happy and thought now i am free from that "ugly women".

Starting 3 -4 days went very good but then he started having problems like money shortage and also he have to do household works by himself. After 8 days his money was completely empty and he don't have any savings at that point. He felt so bad for His behavior towards Priya and wished that she return soon. He went to bedroom and saw a letter on table of Priya and read it. It was written that " If you will need money then you can check behind the photo frame on wall " Rahul went to check and he really found money there with a letter "I was saving money for a long time, for any emergency, but if you need you can use it ". Since didn't have money at that time he took that money and brought some household things which were needed. He was feeling very guilty for sending her, so he went to a temple and prayed from god that " now I realised want is importance of wife in our life, please bring her back I will never disappoint her " then he returned back to home and he called Priya and said her to return back to home. At first She denied, but after so many request she returned back to home. After her returning, he hugged her and asked her for mercy. She forgive him and said its ok. He told her that how much difficulties he faced in past some days and also said, " I never realised importance of a good heart, I always judged you on basis of your looks and hurt you, please forgive me " and also promised that he will find a good job soon and she will no need to do job and she will just have to take care of house. Priya felt very good because he never talked very nicely to her till now.  

After that incident, He started searching for jobs and also he used to help her in household works. After some months, he gave an exam for a teacher post and when result declared, he cleared that exam and got job of a Teacher in a private school. They both were happy but it was not enough for their lifestyle maintain. He started preparing for big posts and he found that in a big College, a principal post exam will be held. He prepared very well for that and he cleared that exam. Priya was feeling really happy for it and she congratulated him, and said " it is all because of your hard work and dedication " then Rahul replied that " no the credit goes to you because you leaved me that day, then I got lesson for it " they both started laughing and looking at each other. 

After one month, he joined as post of principal and his salary was so high and also he got so much facilities. It was like a dream for both of them. One Day Priya said that "I always wanted to marry a wealthy man, but bow I realized that we can also grow together" 

 Their life completely changed and they both started loving and respecting each other very well. 

Suddenly, balloon bursts and they both came back in their present. They realised that they were so lost in telling their story that, its too late and everyone had gone back to their house and only they both were sitting there.  

 They both looked at each other and smiled.  

Then Priya looked at clock and said " Time flies too fast. ....it's already 11 PM, now we should sleep ".
