War and Peace

War and Peace-two alternatives

Standing in front of the human race

One will bring tranquillity

And one, to the brink of our existence

Though the latter is sensible

You’ll never know how

A human mind works

For there are people

Who will kill beings of their own kind

Just for a piece of land

As they think

That ‘Might is always Right’

And this greed for power and fame

Is the biggest hamartia

In the humankind

But when this will be realized

It will be too late,

Too late, to save humanity

So, why should we not arise now

Arise and awaken

The humanity in us

Which was suppressed down by our own greed?
