Torments Of Her Soul

Shattered heart, teary eyes, tormented soul and a broken Smile.

Another day, and she'd fake another smile, how could it be, nobody could see the tears rolling down her eyes!

And with a curve on her lips she'd carry on, knowing that all that her heart could do now is mourn.

Pain.. In pain is how every single moment of her life would go; Pain.. Pain is what became a part of her heart, her flesh, and her soul.

And she knew what she'd lost.. She didn't just lose him, for her, who was the one, Instead, she'd lost all the broken pieces of her.

Something she could never fix, someone she could never ever.. ever could help but miss!

And her dreams had broken.. Broken like a shattered glass, and her heart, injured.. Injured like she'd kept it amidst that broken glass.

Headstrong, with time she learned how to fake a smile, talk normal and conceal those tears in her eyes..

But no matter how hard she tried, she just couldn't stop her heart from bleeding inside.

Everything just killed her inside, it was the agonizing pain that grew deeper in her eyes..

Everything just so black and white that everyday she'd die a thousand times.. Inside.. Slowly.. And she never could see a ray of hope..

A foodie once, she could never even enjoy her meals now anymore.

Just like water, time flowed like the tears down her eyes, she couldn't eat, she couldn't drink and now she just couldn't fight..

Until her tears choked her.. Made it so hard to breathe that it was now forever that she'd closed her eyes.

And in suffering she'd lived and died in her life, she knew of no heaven but the one in his eyes.

And she found herself floating.. Floating above all life and in between the clouds, she noticed something that brought her soul back to life.

And she Ran.. Ran so fast and hugged him so tight, She could just never let him go, even if eternities pass them by.

She kissed him, caressed him and hugged him so tight, looked into his eyes, and at that moment, heaven again came to life.

And it was at another place, another date, another time, it was their deaths this time that gave them life.

And together they'll stay forevermore, in a place where life and death won't bother the intertwining of their souls.

And they spoke no word, yet he held her so tight, took his hands, and healed her shattered heart, teary eyes, tormented soul and her broken smile.
