Boulevard Of Broken Thoughts

Lost in this paradise of feelings,

I found myself in a bottomless abyss of darkness...

My heart was broken, 

Shattered to pieces,

But it never stopped beating,

Clinching to the inches...

Time heals everything,

That's how they confronted me...

But little did they say,

On the way to such reliefs,

It can lead us to disbelief.....

It's very fruitful to walk alone,

But it's equally dreadful with tears dropping in gallon...

The smile on my face was superficial,

But the sorrow beneath it was multidimensional...

In childhood, we were told,

Ghosts and spirits were evils...

Upon growing up, we found,

People are Devils......

So, one night,

I looked up at the sky,

With a dream to fly,

Suddenly someone came,

And asked me why,

On hearing it all,

I was just told,

To let it all go bye.....
