Sunshine In The Rain
Sunshine In The Rain

There was a young fellow in distress and distraught
He called up the God to accord the favours he sought
Why I am so hapless, around me I see only rubble
Deeply plunged into the mess and full of trouble
Musingly, He smirked and spoke in a calm voice
Let me help you to find, the life which you can rejoice
Your pains are large, and pleasure are small
A single day of hunger, can you vaguely recall?
Troubled is your sleep, in your cosy pleasant hom
e
Ever spent a cold & frigid, night without a dome?
Your path is difficult like a treacherous uphill road
With a crooked foot have you, ever tried and trod?
Your reserves are low, and debts are high
The scarce life of a pauper, you must edify
Your fondest dream is to live a life without pain
How foolish it will be wishing for, “sunshine in the rain”
Life is much to grasp, beyond repent and cry
Alter the perspective, just give it a try
