Together We Can Make A Change

Waking up every day with a strong motive inside me

Wanting to make a difference in the environment

To save the animal’s habitats and reduce the pollution

To change the world for a better future

Even though there are many trees being planted

Many more are being cut

Making my goal harder and harder to achieve

Almost making me give up

And then I met a wise old man who told me,

“The world will not change if only one of us wants to,

But if all of us work towards the goal”

Leaving me to think the rest for myself

Those words kept ringing in my head

Echoing over and over again making me think

It’s not just some people who can make a difference

All of us together can make a difference

We can spread the word to known people and their friends

We can celebrate special occasions by planting trees

We can reduce the amount of trees being cut down

With this, we can make a change in the environment
