Breath of Change

Within my world, amidst this world,

In a garden made of life,

I sit peacefully and wait.

Seasons wither away,

Like memories of a distant dream,

Laughter of my loved ones,

Echoing as it fades.

I watch innocence fall apart like old flowers,

And days becoming an unsettling maze,

Stuck in a loop of sadness,

We try to run away from change.

So now I sit patiently and wait,

For I have lost the will to struggle,

Against the flowing breath of change.

The future has never come to stay,

And the past must be left behind.

Lifetimes have passed me by,

Saw everything fall apart to rise,

In this moment of presence I witnessed,

This beautiful rhythm of Life...

Change is a constant that has stayed by my side,

And so I surrender myself completely,

To this light wind that carries my soul,

As I learn to giggle throughout this life.
