The Beach

The grains of sand and the swaying ocean 

The setting sun in the sky so blue 

The surfers, the swimmers, the paddle boarders in an ocean so blue it is not true 

The people and animals on the beach 

Along the seashore 

It is a beach! 

The sand burns while the oceans churn 

The people dive while the animals strive 

Some relax and try a dance 

Others hit the tides and have a day 

All while at the bay 

Water is there, the sand is there 

The people are there, the animals are there 

The life is there and the excitement is there

Happiness is in the air 

The beach is home to everyone

Kids build in the sand 

While adults play in the big bad waves 

After some time all come back and the tide resides 

It is now a resting time 

The relaxers come out to town 

And use their time to have a good day

The sun sets and goes down below the ocean's waves  

The day is done 

And the beach is clear 

Only to be full again 

Any way all had fun 

And that is the beach's way
