White is the colour of all things pure.

Snow-capped mountains.

Singing and dancing waterfalls.

Beads of Bela Chameli Juhi,

Tender Mogra Rajnigandha.


Their soul-stirring fragrance 

Inspire peaceful thoughts.

White clouds in a clear sky

Piled up like satin soft cotton. 

White is the colour of innocence.

strong>White is not an absence of colours.

White is a blank piece of paper

Or an unused canvas waiting

To imbibe all colours and words

That mingle and merge like a verse

Flowing between the saffron and green

The wheel on our flag spinning history. 

A timeless tribute to eternal peace.


White lets all the colours be as they are.

It is a calm acceptance of who you are.
