The concave rotund shapes
Seating young and old alike
The tyre tracks of enthusiastic riders
On the sea shore
Paw prints of loyal pets
The tip toes of playing children
And the hurried lines of the crab
Running sideways to their holes
To avoid people and water currents
An untiring wave stealthily wipes away
The footprints on the sands of time
A clean slate with no traces behind
A never ending supply of moments
That arrives to say goodbye
Even before they are born
A second too late or a second too soon
An endless tragedy
Time and infinity
