The Unknown !

The chilly freezing wind danced its way through my scattered messy hair,

As I stood in midst of the abandoned piece of land!

I can feel my body go numb but not due to the cold breeze, 

An unknown pain emerged in my heart!

As if this pain wanted to remind me of something,

Something that I'd forgotten!

My feet took me to places I've always dreamt of,

Just like a garden of buckwheat flowers!

In between the vast sky and the never-ending land,

I can only find these beautiful butterflies fluttering their wings!

My heart did yearn for something,

Something which existed as a mystery!

It didn't know what did it missed,

An object, a flower, some kind of food, or... A person?

My shoes were unknown of the path,

Eyes unknown of the scenery!

All that my soul knew was,

My heart yearned for something that made it pain in agony!
