Vanquished
Vanquished
On my way to town, I encountered yet another woman disabled
"Such a whore!" on her tattered shirt it was labelled.
Susceptible, vulnerable, she lay on the ground, trying to utter words
But just like million others, she too was left unheard!
Tears in her eyes, torment in her bosom
Another victim, the cacodemons have chosen.
This world surely doesn't deserve any girl
For it considers her a mere object it can whirl.
My eyes again gazed at the broken-winged bird
Vanquished by yet another leopard.
