The Human Way

Poor little animals cannot express,

As humans do, we say!

We are told the sky is blue,

Till we learn it is dark,

In a more scientific way!

A tiny germ can kill a human

In the matter of a day!

Ancient cities were more sustainable

Than the theories implemented today!

We are teaching machines,

To think and act,

In the hope, they will feel and pray!

Of the millions invested in world peace,

We let the unrest within us stay!

What have we learned in all these years,

Of all the progress we have made,

If the base of solving new-age problems,

We have not yet laid?
