Insurgents & Insutls
Insurgents & Insutls

As I walked through the free and still streets
Never have I wondered how I got them
Walking all around, thinking I owned them
Never realized it was because of the blood-shed done by my forebear
Yes, there were days where living on their own land was a burden
And we walk on them as if our past was uncertain
Yes, there were days when every being died toil
And we being the master now, contempt the soil
Imagine their pain, imagine their suffering
And what I assure, it was beyond what you picture
And remember just thinking about it for the day, every year
Is a shame my dear.
