The Girl In The Saree

Outside the office, I saw a lovely girl in Saree, 

Alone with many bags, she was standing near the gate, 

Keeping my dignity aside I decided to commit prideful hara-kiri, 

I slowly approached her, 

And said, " those bags look heavy give me some of them to carry",

She replied while letting me help her, "Oh sir! Thank you very much",

Confident now I said, " Can I get to know you, will you tell me your story?"

She smiled and I added, "can I take you for a cup of coffee or hot chocolate?"

She said, " Sir! You are a really nice guy. But I am engaged, and I am sorry! "
