When your Fingers

Run through the body of mine, 

Grabbing it in a firm embrace, 

When your doting eyes left me distraught, 

I was immobile like a simulacrum.

Your igneous glare sweltered my soul, 

Burning it with ineluctable infatuation. 

I wish I could clasp your hands forever, 

Your warm caress melting my algid heart. 

I wish your lips, I can graciously brace

Quenching my amaranthine thirst for love.

Press your head against my bosom,

Feel my heartthrob, feel my soul entwined with yours.  

Absolve my body from the hot flush of passion.

Cherish my adulation delicately. 

Don't let it fritter away into evanescence.
