The Bond Of Love

You turn your fingers into a fist,

As your sister ties a rakhi on your wrist,

Then she smiles at me and says brother you see,  

If I wish for anything will you give it to me ?

then she looks at me in anticipation,

I nod my head in affirmation,

Sister, I am waiting for your confirmation,

tell me sister what is your expectation.

My expectation we should not be far from each other,

 I like a loving sister, and you like a

loving brother.

I cannot ask God, for anything more, it's true

when God has given me the most precious gift, a brother like you.
