The Blessing Nation Part Two

The Blessing Nation Part Two

PAINKILLER

Behind the light, they hide

Lies are what they ride

Yet innocent citizen dies

Always each other they blame

Fake promises to make them fame

With our mind, they play game

Can't you see the nation bleeding?

Or are you all blind?

NOISEMAKER

I hate how we Kenyans suffer

suffer for years, and we only have nothing to do or say, we just have to sit down and watch

Watch the movie or should I call it a series of life

I hate how they treat us like hell

We only cry no laughter at all

What a nation

PAINKILLER

Its name is Lender nation

Borrowing is the only parliament motion

I believe within 10yrs we have Learned a lesson

We planted by our votes and now we are in harvesting season

Corruption, nepotism, criminalism indeed we are in prison

NOISEMAKER

We are becoming slaves day in day out

We are doing much work for them

When they sit down and eat our hard work.

We struggle to meet our needs

But still, they find a way to take them away

By raising the taxes they snatch away most of our money

By having many corrupt minds they make our life miserable

I only wish I can change the nation

But I have no right

PAINKILLER

They are the same

It's only political parties they change

They are all fake

All they are after is only them to gain

What's ours they took

No shame before us they still stood

Feeding us with lies to be the truth

And they never want us to be two

That's why they preach tribalism in their speech

Reality if you talk prison remains your home

Indeed we are slaves

NOISEMAKER

Taxes are rising rapidly,

The fuel prices are something else

Our lives zimekua a territory of the terrorists, 'The politicians'

Ninashindwa where we are heading to

Ninashindwa whether we are growing or dying

Our country is dying pulling away from the roots of our culture

The flag colors are starting to fade away

Day in day out they lose their meaning

I wonder where the people who fought for our independence are in this country I wonder how they live

I wonder if they are taken care of or

The so-called politicians also took whats theirs to be their own

PAINKILLER

Good health you promised

Now each year doctors on strike

Quality Education to our kids

Nothing was achieved only the teacher keep on crying

Equality was your memory verse

Now some of you aren't paying tax

Poverty won't be witnessed again in our society

As job opportunity and security was assured to all the citizen

We didn't know it was just a scum for you to win our votes

All promises were fake if they didn't fade

Justice was to be served on the table

We didn't know criminality will be the talk of the town

And those employed received low payee

When they strike they are being threatened by losing their jobs
