VANITY YEAR
VANITY YEAR
Hard to accept yet we sang this my year song
Favorite was the song more than beer and wine
In stormy rain and fire sunny success awaited for long
It was all a vanity yet each called it mine
Gonna be a sweet and painful memory painted
Fake smiles that in the end all faded
Glowing more than the galaxy in the sky was our desire
Spackling like sun rays was everyone's aim
Lamentably the vanity year vanished it all
Like a schnorrer in the street
Vanity year chased all the validity lucks
Chronically it's marooning mankind without goodbye
Worshipping the trices of beatitudes that it spawned
Ecstatic we bubble for the throes we combated and won
Indeed vanity year had no liberty when it harm's
Regardless of the pain we received we appreciate life gift
And to Heavenly Father thank for strengthening our faith
Even if the vanity year was the worse hell we faced
