The 8th Quest Of Death

Long long ago in a faraway kingdom, lived a common man,

Who never left his house outside the reach of the evil,

And a shelter for all those who were alive for a reason,

He was the darkest sinner and the purest saint in the same life span,

But even as a sinner he believed he was a part of God’s plan,

His sinister life made him friends with the evilest man alive,

A man with arms stronger than steel and mightier than anyone,

So cruel that even Ares god of war feared him,

A dictator whose action were supervised by no one,

When people raised voice, he killed every rebel even his own son,

Even their sins were forgiven once they met the priest,

The divine turn in the common man man’s life,

The priest had an energy like he was God himself,

So pure that he did not even had an internal strife,

And his thoughts were the death of all evil rife,

The priest Johnathan, the king Clint and the commoner Jim,

Together they faced the greatest threat to all the life,

When they stood together to fight death itself,

A battle no human ever won and that day they fought to their brim,

So, to save everyone else the priest sacrificed his life on a whim,

After defeating death in its seven quests they lost the eighth,

No one ever forgot that night and those sacrifices,

Death and destruction rained on all of humanity,

How can anyone forget the number of lost lives,

The eternal damnation of everything in fire and ice,

That day all three of them found what they hunted for ages,

The priest found a way to God by making the ultimate sacrifice,

And became the one person who did not have to live with the defeat,

The king found the ultimate enemy he could not kill or keep in cages,

The commoner found someplace he could belong to stop running in mazes,

Helpless and being chased by death they ran for their survival,

They ran till they were out of breath felling tired and scared,

Not knowing what lies ahead on the path besides the dead planet,

So they part ways to survive on their own but they were unprepared,

But death came for the king and the commoner was spared,

The commoner’s spared life was not a gift it was a curse,

The final revenge on the commoner was to leave in that world,

Every day he had to kill everyone he knew and loved just to survive,

But he became a warrior and fought death and every moment was worse,

Yet he kept fighting and became the last survivor in the whole universe.
