Abandoned House

I was a 14-year old teen,

I was wearing a shirt in the color green.

My racket and ball was on the bench,

I went to pick the racket up,

when suddenly it started raining and I was about to drench.

Luckily, nearby there was a house, 

I went inside and a little creature came out from a drawer, it was a mouse.

I ran and ran because I was scared of mice.

When I reached the room, I heard the door shut,

"This house is definitely haunted!" said my gut.

I started panting and sweating,

the room was heating and heating.

I was fed up so I decided to break the door,

I was about to kick it open, 

but my leg was sore.

My mind was not working,

but an idea came in my head so I started smirking.

I started barking like a dog,

and there was a sudden fog,

And BOOM the door was open.

You may wonder why I barked?

Well, ghosts are scared of dogs as they can see them, 

even in the dark.

I ran out of the house and grabbed my racket with the ball,

I decided that I will never go to that house again,

and the efforts that the ghost will put for people to come inside,

Will go in vain.
