That's How I Am

An ebullient orator,

My own story's narrator.

Amicable and urbane,

I am genuine and humane.

I refuse to fit in the crowd,

I want to make everyone proud.

I write poems, stories, and articles,

And I too believe in miracles.

Sometimes pertinacious, sometimes nerdy,

Trying to be a little more sturdy.

Being simple and subtle,

In this world of glam.

Still discovering myself,

That's how I am!
