That bright moon-lit night, when you spoke to me,

And moment when I revealed to you my thoughts,

The secret, that we had remained untold for long,

Like a precious gift, carefully wrapped (in love), it brought.

So many pleasant thoughts filled my heart to its brim,

If I could pause the time for a while-

Much relief I felt to know your thoughts,

The delight of discovering a new galaxy,

The pride of finding a new way to walk on,

The agony of having stayed afar from you so long,

Unleashed the tears, that I could no longer hold on.

A multitude of desires and fancies,

That had blossomed since long in my mind,

Tucked me into such a cozy cocoon of love, which,

In words isn't enough to define.
