Spurious Claims

Meandering river of heart, 

Still holds spurious claims 

Of yours on its bosom 

And never gets them floundered. 

But you come every day 

With your boat 

And the ostentatious oar 

Takes you to that zone 

Where I am friendzoned 

To the abyss.

Understanding the masquerade 

Of yours, 

Pain whines 

But the waves of sorrow 

Fail to penetrate the outer world.
