The food may be tasty

But it may spoil your beauty 

People may cut jokes

And it may invite heart stroke 

 

You shall prefer inside stay

And never go away

As it shall cause you shyness

With the lines of remorse

 

Eat the food

But burn the calorie for good 

It shall keep you healthy

And life's joy shall be enjoyed readily 

 

Swim on the water

Or make the run faster

Meditation shall grant you freedom

And there shall be a growth of the wisdom
