Selfish..

The baby 

touches the earth 

from mother's womb.

He selfishly 

demands food 

without knowing the pain 

his mother has gone through.

When he becomes a toddler,

he selfishly asks for 

mother's guidance 

to save from all danger.

As he moves 

from steps to steps of life,

he becomes young,

coaxing money from father 

for education and success.

When he achieves the target,

he becomes selfish 

to lead the life 

with his beautiful wife 

and children, 

forgetting to render services 

to ailing parents.

Yes, 

upon attending his decline age,

he wants services from his children 

And 

upon failure,

condemns them, 

demanding justice from God.

Yes, 

man becomes selfish 

from his birth to death, 

throwing blemish on others,

fulfilling his own requirements.
