Here we are on The Republic Day,

In a nation built from decay.

The foreign rulers left us in dismay.

But our leaders making no delay started paving a new way.

 

In a country that was deprived of science,

Our brilliant minds in their grand alliance,

Laid the foundations of something great,

An IT giant building its own fate.

 

A great nation is not built on science alone,

The farmers make our flesh and bone.

The soldiers are like blood in veins, 

Defending us from everything insane.

 

In this Corona Age when everything seemed so dark,

New warriors made a special mark.

So, bid adieu to all your problems 

And rejoice everyone living in this country full of idols
