Pretended
Pretended
I pretended to be alive,
Yet smiled for a while,
I decided to turn blind,
And took a step of self-refine.
With a heavy heart and a wandering mind,
On a rope my destiny was designed.
Crapped in a confine,
My soul was consigned.
Blindfold - Unwind,
I, in the state of whine,
Fire in front, scissors behind,
I, in middle was quarantined.
Still, I pretended to be alive,
Yet again smiled for a while,
Risking my life, I aligned
And jumped into a new streamline.
With a new frame of mind,
A rebel within arose - refined.
