Romance Tragedy Others

Past still haunts

Past still haunts

I looked back at my ring finger,

Where once stood our wedding ring,

Remembering our past old days,

When the room used to lit up with sun's rays,

I was always awestruck by your gaze,

The best part of my day was to find myself in your eyes,

With love filled at a corner and sparkles at the other,

The question used to bother me, 'What kind of mother will I be?'

The always friendly or a bit harsh one,

I looked at my baby bump,

Which carried us, our own blood...

I sighed back at my thoughts returning back to reality,

The sight again stood in front of me,

When I lost you and me,

When we lost our cutiepie,

When we lost ourselves..

It felt as if I lost my everything,

I know you never meant to leave, but you left ..

You not only left me, you left our dreams

It has been four years today,

but the thought of losing our child, still sends shivers down my spine,

As if it was all about yesterday,

When we were never used to be alone...
