Nemesis

Stars don’t shine anymore in this dark life,

Finding the Ocean of demise, where I can go and dive,

The world has changed for me now,

Life seems to be unrealistic,

Time doesn’t amuse me anymore

As my grievance is pretty fantastic.

We walked on the sand of existence

But forgot, prints get washed,

The waves disappear at some point,

But the memories get stashed.

I have heard people saying’

Ask help from god for every situation

But what if he is pretty busy

And don’t reply to my question.

I think of delight sometimes

With a glass of booze,

The same darkness falls around

After the memories get into my shoes.

I want to cherish, I want to cheer

I want to laugh and forget my fear,

But one string pulls me back to the darkness

To the world full of regrets and grievances

I want to shout out to the world and say

You are the one, yes! you are my NEMESIS!
