Today

During the early time of the morning

A story knocked on my door.

She was there to tell me

About the hot summer days,

And the cold winter mornings.

I let her in.

We sat down and she

Started to speak.

She told me about my childhood

Which was one of the best times.

She recalled about the broken tooth

And the wicked smiles.

Then she told me about my teenage

The era I have so much hatred.

Listening to her

Narrating the mistakes I've made

I realised

It was better in the past and it can get worse in future

But what matters is to have faith...

Then all of sudden her melodic voice came to an hault.

And when I asked why she stopped,

She said, after this there's a lot of things that broke you apart,

Smiling at her I said

But that's alright. I'm a different person now

What broke me, only made me stronger

And the ones who broke me are no longer (in my life).

With a sigh she continued...

And when it was her time to leave

She gave me a piece of advice.

Which I don't remember

Cause during the whole time

I wasn't alive...
