My Fear
My Fear

My fear is not what I am afraid of,
My fear is about what I love,
My fear isn't something that warns me to keep off, but
A precious thing that, for me, isn't ever enough.
When once did we express feelings that we had,
Forever, your place got carved in my heart,
But all that love, my feelings seemed insignificant to you,
When once, a long silence predicted that we might move apart!
My love for you will remain till my end,
Passion will remain, and desires will but soar,
But that painful silence still haunts my thoughts,
Forbidding me from speaking to you, of my yearning, anymore.
