My Anna from the same Father
My Anna from the same Father
Living life unmatched to the world's rhythm,
Days flew fast when God slowed down my tempo,
God was Life, yet life felt like a fragile prism:
Uncertainities spiralled me down to sink low.
I spent each day hanging on to His thread,
The thread of His garment, and so yeah!
I didn't really sink down low, but was held;
His Grace held me and sent me my Anna.
Anna from another mother is he, my Anna.
So different but so much alike and so cool!
How could Anna be so much like me?
After all, he's from a different mother.
The same Hands that crafted me crafted Anna too.
The same Maker who designed me designed Anna too.
The same Creator who formed me formed Anna too.
Oh, how amazing!! We're so much differently alike!
Anna likes things simple and neat, so do I.
Anna likes close friendships, so do I.
But Anna acts like Iron man sometimes, I do not, haha!
Anna is so brave, but I'm a cowardly bug.
Often, Anna identifies himself as a 'local boy',
But how could someone in God's image be local?
Anna is a faithful worker and a faithful believer,
An apple of God's eye bearing the image of Christ.
I don't get to see Anna everyday though it's my Anna.
I can't talk with Anna freely although he's my Anna.
I can't get anything from Anna, even though Anna is my Anna.
And I can't share stuff with Anna, although I'm Anna's Thangachi.
Some day when Lord Jesus takes us home,
Anna will be my Anna from the same Father.
I will see, talk and share stuff with Anna,
When we get back Home beyond the galaxies!
