Back in those days

The days of games and candies, not easy to erase, 

The fun I had with dad, and some studies, just in case. 

 

He used to tickle me a lot, and throw me into the air, 

Then manage to catch me, then we used to run here and there. 

 

Every Sunday he used to give me ice-cream, and give me a chocolate to eat, 

How dreamy those days were, and every day was just a treat! 

 

 We used to play silly games, where dad was a camel, 

I used to call him camley, what a silly animal! 

 

I wish to go back to those days, days of ice-cream and treats, 

The days of silly animal games, the dreamy days of sweets! 

 

Some of you will say, you're not a kid, stop that bluff! 

It’s the truth I wanna be a kid again, but now I’m old enough!
