Mother Is Patient

How ignorant we have become, 

Ignoring Mother’s screams of unselfishness,

Flooding us with tears, her sorrow has just begun,

We have to swim away from this endlessness.

We shall not be dumb, 

Nor shall we be deaf,

We will together, not run,

But work or nothing shall be left.

Strength lies in unity it is said, 

Is it really, we’ll prove it to you,

For the sake of humanity, none shall be left dead,

Everything will be left green, not blue.

One will plant trees, 

One will clean the waters, 

Opportunity to save, we will seize,

We all shall be nature’s doctors!

A small step to a good deed,

Isn’t bad indeed,

But the minute act of greed,

Is the worst thing there can be.

A minuscule seed can do it all,

We will personify pertinacity,

Then one day it will be the wall

Between happiness and rapacity.

Nothing is unimaginable,

When together you stand,

Nature will be restored if we’re amicable,

We’ll bring a grin to Mother because together we can!
