Mere Mortals

I escaped from the jaws of death

I am blessed to have gotten a rebirth

I was a hardcore worrier

Now I have metamorphosed into a warrior

When you think your life is going for a toss

Take a deep breath and stop your mind bus

Let it not be bombarded with constant thoughts

Silence can quietly end all painful fights

Life is not meant to be operated in survival mode

You have to use your mind to create a blissful abode

It's okay to go slow

Just go with the flow

Your life glows

After receiving hard blows 

Nothing is permanent in this world

Embrace inevitable death without uttering a word

You are not the leader of the world

You are just a speck in the abode of God

Bow down your head

One day you will be dead

You are not immortal 

You are just a mortal

Truth is not meant to be buried

It is meant to be embraced.
