It's alright
It's alright
It's totally alright
To be disheartened,
To feel as though
The world is collapsing
And there's nothing you could do,
To make it right.
It's alright to feel
Nothing at all, at times,
So empty and hollow
That no semblance of light
Seems to make things right.
It's perfectly fine
To not be in control at times,
The feeling of
The sands of your life
Seeping out of your hands,
Without a break.
It's alright to be
On the brink of a breakdown
And even to have
A serious meltdown at times,
To sob obnoxiously
With just a putrid bitterness within.
It's completely fine
To not just be there
Even for yourselves, at times,
Not being able to console
To speak with your soul,
While it's breaking
Right in front of your eyes.
It's totally alright
If you cannot always pick up
Your broken pieces,
For it bleeds too much
And hurts devastatingly much,
Just do not you give up,
Do not abandon yourself,
Stay put
And wait for your time.
Things will all be better,
For everything passes,
Even the darkest of the tempests
And the coldest of the rains.
Just you stay put.
